A reasonable formulation in plastic processing always is in business people`s favour even to be keep secret at the market competition, actully this is a misunderstand as same formulation even same material may appear great difference in different factory .This strange state is normal we think .
    The key in plastics processing is plasticization which should be satified with formulations and technical proceeding.In PVC processing, the purpose to mix material in high speed is to preplasticise formulated material effectively.The difference of mixer`s property and effect of plasticization is more great than a difference of mixer`s price,the same reason is for extruder.The structure of mould also influence the property of PVC products directly,and especially in injection processing .For example,the mould for PVC-U pressure pipe is not suitable construction drainage pipe filled with a great deal of CaCo₃ and it is same to change them each other.The condition of existing equipment and mould should be considered in any factory when the formulation is be made.Well ,when you get a formulation which may suit other factory or equipment you must modify it including technique to the existing productive condition.
